Site Manager - Residential Development
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a large-scale residential development in County Louth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
- Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors, trades, and direct labor
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Implement health and safety protocols in compliance with Irish regulations
- Resolve technical or operational challenges during construction
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in large-scale residential construction
- Strong understanding of Irish construction standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
