About the Role
We're currently seeking an experienced
Night Manager
to oversee night operations at a well-established 4-star hotel in North County Dublin.
Part of a larger Irish-owned group with strong roots in both hospitality and retail, this hotel offers a professional and supportive environment where guest satisfaction and service excellence are top priorities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior hotel night management experience who enjoys working independently and ensuring a smooth and safe overnight operation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the hotel during night hours, following handover from the late duty manager
Manage all front desk duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Perform general porter duties and assist with conference/function room setups
Carry out light housekeeping and cleaning tasks as needed
Support food and beverage operations during the night shift
Ensure security and complete health & safety checks throughout the hotel
Supervise any staff working during night hours, coordinating their duties as required
Provide excellent service to all guests and handle overnight guest queries or requests
What You'll Need
At least 2 years flour experience in a Night Manager or similar night supervisory role in a 3* or 4* hotel
Comfortable using front office systems for check-in/check-out (training can be provided if needed)
Strong customer service and guest-facing skills
Excellent understanding of fire safety and health & safety protocols
Fluent English – both spoken and written
Ability to lead a team and work independently during unsupervised hours
A valid Occupational First Aid certificate is a bonus but not essential
Working Hours
Full-time permanent role
4 nights per week
, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Includes weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis
