Job Title: Construction Site Manager
* Oversight of day-to-day operations and monitoring progress.
* Inspect works in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Maintain quality standards at all times.
* Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors and other labour workers.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners.
* Ensure work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements: 3rd level qualification or trade background with 5 years experience in similar roles with main contractors. Excellent organisation & time management skills, proven track record of working to strict timescales, strong attention to detail, excellent client facing skills, thorough knowledge of building practices.
About the Role:
