Experienced Kitchen Leader Required
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team and take on the challenge of leading our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily kitchen operations, ensuring a high-quality food offering and smooth service delivery.
* Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures, including rostering, purchasing, stock control, deliveries, and HACCP/hygiene practices.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with hotel departments and managers.
* Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellent teamwork and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure efficient and effective use of resources, minimizing waste and optimizing productivity.
Requirements:
* At least three years' experience as a Sous Chef in a 4/5 star venue with fine dining and high-volume banqueting exposure.
* Excellent culinary skills, solid kitchen management procedures, thorough HACCP knowledge, and excellent teamwork and leadership ability.
