Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as Bar Supervisor. As a key member of our establishment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Take and prepare drink orders with precision and attention to detail.
Bartending:
Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, non-alcoholic drinks, and hot drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following hygiene and safety standards.
Cash Handling:
Accurately handle cash transactions, provide change, process payments through POS systems.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about what the bar offers, including drink specials and promotions.
Provide recommendations and descriptions of beverages to customers.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate with staff to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning tasks and checks to maintain the cleanliness of the bar area.
Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed.
Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Verify the age of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bar or customer service role is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, quick service.
Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Mixture of both weekdays and weekends.
