About the Role
We’re seeking a tech-savvy and proactive HR Administrator who’s passionate about people and process improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early HR experience looking to develop in a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation.
You’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth employee experiences, and contributing to process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands‑on support across the full employee lifecycle.
* Act as first point of contact for employee queries.
* Maintain and optimise HRIS systems and employee records.
* Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
* Assist with compliance, reporting, and data accuracy.
* Collaborate with payroll and finance to ensure smooth data flow.
* Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role.
* Understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
* Strong MS Office and HRIS proficiency.
* Detail‑oriented problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Adaptable, collaborative, and people‑focused.
