Job Description:
My client, a Boutique 4* Hotel in Leinster, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Rooms departments. You will lead the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments to ensure a memorable guest experience, while liaising with the reservations and revenue teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in Front Office or Accommodation within a similar 4* or 5* hotel environment.
The Candidate:
* Experience in Front Office or Accommodation in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
* Strong recruitment, training, and motivational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organizational and numerical skills
* Ability to ensure smooth operation of Front Office, Accommodation, and Guest Services
* Staff training to meet luxury hotel standards
* Collaboration with reservations and revenue management teams
* Knowledge of hotel policies on safekeeping, cash handling, and credit
* Coordination with housekeeping to meet guest requests
* Awareness of hotel promotions and activities
* Management of Guest Service team
* Overnight coverage management
