Quality Assurance Specialist Role
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and sterility in our products.
The successful candidate will have experience with sterilization validation, microbiology or related fields. They will be responsible for leading and participating in root cause investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and providing technical support for sterilization methodologies.
A key aspect of this role is working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new product designs meet all regulatory requirements and are adequately evaluated/tested for compliance to sterility standards.
The specialist will also perform calculations, record keeping duties, as well as provide training and support to new team members when needed.
