Our client, a global leader in financial services technology, is looking for a hands-on Lead Dev Ops Engineer to design and drive the next-generation enterprise CI/CD pipeline strategy.
This role is all about building and scaling a world-class Jenkins platform, embedding Dev Ops best practices, and leading a high-performing engineering team.
What You'll Do Own the CI/CD strategy – design, implement, and scale enterprise pipelines using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and Git.
Build & lead – mentor Dev Ops engineers, drive automation, and ensure best-in-class deployment practices.
Champion Dev Ops culture – promote Ia C, automation, security, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.
Innovate & optimize – streamline delivery, strengthen governance, and push operational excellence.
What You Bring8+ years in Dev Ops, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.3+ years leading teams and delivering CI/CD solutions at scale.
Proven Jenkins expertise – building, scaling, and managing enterprise CI/CD platforms.
Strong knowledge of Octopus Deploy, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Solid coding skills (Python, ) + Ia C experience (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong grasp of Dev Ops methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
Collaborative leader, proactive problem-solver, passionate about innovation.
Must hold Stamp 4 visa and be based within commuting distance of Cork or Dublin.
