They are now looking for a Financial Controller.In this position, you will collaborate closely with the finance team to complete the entiremonth-end closing processfor your specific area. Additionally, you will support the CFO in various finance-related tasks. You will be part of a fast growing Company which will offer huge opportunity for further development and progression.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the preparation of month end accountsResponsible for the preparation of reporting packs to group entitiesPerforming analysis& commentary of monthly accountsand review of construction projectsAssist in the preparation of annual budgetsand periodic forecastsAssist with liaison with External auditorsAssist as part team implementation of SAPCompletion of Vat, VIEW,RCT and other tax compliance returnsProvide support to other members in the finance teamExperience & QualificationsHighly motivated qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)Ideally at least 5 post qualification years’ experienceExperience workingwith IFRS or in a multinational environment is an advantageA high degree of commercial awarenesswith excellent analytical, technical and IT skillsAbility to use initiative and a self starterExcellent time management and organisation skillsStrong Excel and systemsexperience;Ability to plan, prioritise, multitask and meet multiple deadlines.Big 4/ top 10 tier audit firm trained is desirableWorking Knowledgeof SAPExperience of working in the construction or renewable energysectorYou will be joining an open and honest work environment in one of the fastest growing sectors in the world.
