Location: Fethard Hours: Part time 21 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Contract: Immediate start, until end of January (with possibility to extend into February) Pay-rate: €15.27 to €24.56 depending on previous relevant experience Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative assistance including filing and document management.
Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets that organize documents efficiently.
Maintain and update sick leave records using Excel, including creating documents with formulas and pivot tables.
Cover reception duties as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Collaborate with team members and utilize support as needed while working independently.
Organize and arrange documents systematically, showcasing strong organizational skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate pivot tables.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for reception duties and team interaction.
Reliable and professional approach to work.
