Your new employer is a leading Irish semi-state service provider. They are committed to growth, innovation and sustainability continues to be top of their agenda. They now require a Project Support Administrator to join their team on a 6-month basis.
Your new role
Support the Procure to Pay Lifecycle, including uploading project budgets on Oracle, raising purchase requisitions, and following them through to payment. Manage the monthly payment of specific delivery partners through the Maximo computer system. Support project records management using their computer system. Assist managers with ServiceNow and SharePoint databases to ensure proper governance and reporting on external resources. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes using Microsoft products. Provide additional support as identified by senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have dealt with various IT systems such as Oracle, Maximo and SharePoint systems. They should possess a strong understanding of the Procure to Pay Lifecycle, excellent organisational and project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, they should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
