Job Title: Luxury Hotel Banqueting Supervisor
This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced Banqueting Supervisor to join our award-winning team at a 4-star luxury hotel in Ireland. As part of our dedicated Banqueting department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests.
About the Role:
Assist in leading banqueting operations and coordinating with the banqueting manager to ensure seamless event execution.
Communicate and delegate tasks to your team members to achieve set targets and objectives.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain high-quality presentation of food and beverages.
Manage guest queries efficiently and effectively, providing timely solutions to any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with the banqueting management team to develop and implement training programs for team members.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience as a Banqueting Supervisor in a luxury hotel setting.
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and late shifts as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in Food and Beverage or a related field is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
