Our client is seeking a dynamic, commercially-minded Head of Brand Experience to drive serious revenue growth, shape award-winning experiences, and lead a talented team to new heights.This is not your typical creative leadership role. You'll take full commercial ownership of a multimillion client portfolio, set the pace for new business development, and deliver experiences that audiences remember long after the event. You'll be a strategic partner to clients, a mentor to your team, and the driving force behind both creativity and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
* Own and deliver annual revenue targets for the brand experience division
* Develop quarterly growth strategies and present to senior leadership
* Proactively hunt for new business opportunities within existing and potential client bases
* Lead annual budgeting and oversee monthly performance reviews with the executive team
* Manage and nurture high-value client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations
* Anticipate client needs by researching and proposing proactive solutions
* Oversee all brand experience client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction
* Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
Team Management & Quality Control
* Line manage department directors and leads, supporting professional growth and performance
* Set and uphold quality standards for all work, from pitches to live events
* Develop creative briefs and collaborate across departments
* Hold final approval on large-scale event budgets
Creative & Strategic Direction
* Partner closely with Creative, Studio, and Post-Production teams to ensure all work is on brand, on strategy, on time, and on budget
* Drive innovation in experiential marketing
* Maintain deep knowledge of the Irish events market and supplier network
What Were Looking For
* 12+ yearsin senior agency, client services, or brand experience roles
* Proven track record managing multi million account portfolios and delivering creative work on projects of large scale value
* Extensive experience in Experience Design, Brand Strategy, Event Creation, and Audience Planning
* High commercial acumen, with strong pipeline and margin management skills
* Demonstrated business development and revenue growth success
* Confident presenter with experience at public industry events
* Inspirational leadership with a record of building and developing high-performing teams
* Deep understanding of production processes, third-party requirements, and the Irish events market
