Overview
The Assistant Marketing Manager, within the Ingredients category, reports to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience. The role aims to enhance Tirlán’s profile as a leading ingredients supplier in the agri, food, and nutrition sectors by supporting the marketing team. They will champion the customer experience, ensuring consistency and professionalism for all existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Marketing Managers across dairy and plant categories to develop compelling written and video content for digital marketing strategies.
2. Content Creation: Support the development of sales toolkits, marketing materials, and presentations that add value. Manage content for brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
3. Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, events, etc.
4. Market Research and Insights: Use insight platforms to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
5. Lead Generation: Support the sales team by identifying, logging, and tracking leads to foster business growth.
6. Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
7. Event Coordination: Help organize and promote customer events, webinars, and tradeshows.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, category, R&D, MR&I, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
9. Contribute to the Marketing team’s efforts to achieve effective results, embodying Tirlán’s values.
Experience
Degree in marketing or a related business discipline.
2-4 years of successful marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
