Twinlite is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. In this role, you'll handle both reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring our buildings consistently meet our high standards. You'll also assist with snagging and collaborate closely with our team, as well as maintain good communication with our residents. This opportunity is perfect for someone with trade qualifications who enjoys a balance of technical tasks and interpersonal interaction.
Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance, light repairs, and routine landscaping.
* Paint, fill gaps, and undertake light carpentry tasks.
* Collaborate closely with the Vesta team on maintenance issues.
* Repair equipment, appliances, and assist with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs.
* Identify and report major repair needs promptly.
* Undertake assigned duties and emergency tasks as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
* Proven experience as a handyman.
* Be in possession of a valid Irish drivers licence.
* Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
* Strong communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Well-organised and capable of efficiently managing tasks.
