Job Description
An Industrial Cleaning Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Galway based client. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Manager to oversee our Industrial Cleaning Operations. The Industrial Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of industrial cleaning processes.
Role of this position
* Ensure all industrial cleaning services meet or exceed customer expectations.
1. Address any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise industrial cleaning staff.
4. Manage the following tasks (not an exclusive list): window cleaning, carpets, power washing, cladding cleaning, high level warehouse cleaning etc..
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
6. Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
7. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for Industrial cleaning services, including cladding, windows, carpet cleaning, etc.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and proposals.
9. Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
10. Knowledge of RAMS and MEWPs:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safe work practices. - Familiarity with Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) and other industrial equipment to facilitate efficient cleaning operations.
11. Lead and motivate the industrial cleaning team to achieve performance targets.
12. Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience managing an Industrial Cleaning Team.
14. Strong understanding of industrial cleaning processes and best practices.
15. Full clean driving license.
16. Safe Pass certification or willingness to obtain it.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
19. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
