Job Title: Facilities Manager * We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee our soft services and facilities operations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of hard and soft services, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing FM contracts. a Level 8 degree in a relevant business or sector-related field is required. Key Responsibilities: * To manage daily FM service delivery across multiple regional offices. * To lead soft services: reception, security, waste, pest control, cleaning plant maintenance alarm monitoring review PPM reports maintain accurate records ensure smooth day-to-day facilities operations contribute H&S policy implementation compliance prepare proposals reports senior management use technology support efficient facilities operations.
