Overview
Senior Change Consultant – Dublin City Centre based client. This is a contract position (daily rate) initially for 6 months with an excellent chance of extension.
Responsibilities
* Strong relevant experience in change management: business analysis, impact assessment (stakeholders impacted, type and level of impact), training needs analysis / training design and delivery, business or org readiness assessment, usage and adoption monitoring, and/or leading large transformation programmes or programme workstreams.
Nice to have
* Relevant 3rd level degree (e.g., in Psychology, HR, Organisational Change) and qualifications (Prosci, behavioural science, coaching).
