Job Description:

This role is a key point of contact for employees and managers within the business unit, providing HR support and guidance.

Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver HR projects and processes
* Develop and maintain human resource policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
* Participate in various projects across the organization
* Support recruitment and selection process
* Partner with line managers to drive employee engagement and performance through coaching and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
* Commitment to delivering high standards of service
