Role/ Department:

The role is within Depositary Operations helping to ensure that Northern Trust fulfils its oversight responsibilities under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive, UCITS V and other regulatory requirements.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

* Interpret information from Investment Managers to gain understanding of an Alternative investment;
* Coordinate sourcing executed documentation & validate documentation and information;
* Perform and review Asset Verification activities, sourcing appropriate documentation to verify ownership of the Fund over “Other Assets”;
* Support the team by actioning various daily processes & team mailbox maintenance;
* Participate on meetings with relevant internal and external parties;
* Participating in ensuring governance procedures are being adhered to;
* Gathering data for reporting requirements for both internal and external clients.
