Civil's Foreman Sector:Civil Construction Site Locations:Dublin (North County & South Dublin Sites) Talent Curve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Civils Foreman on behalf of a reputable contractor who currently have two active residential sites - one in North County Dublin and one in South Dublin. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a skilled Foreman who can plan, coordinate, and deliver works to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in groundworks on residential or commercial projects and be confident in leading and managing site teams Key Responsibilities Liaise with Project and Contracts Managers to ensure smooth project delivery Supervise on-site teams and provide clear direction on weekly tasks and objectives Ensure works are completed to the required specification, quality, cost, and programme Oversee on-site Health & Safety and ensure full protocol compliance Manage site traffic and overall site logistics Conduct site inductions for all personnel Attend regular site management meetings Complete all required daily documentation: site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, labour records, progress reports, plant/material returns, and purchase sheets Requirements Strong civils experience, ideally on residential or commercial projects Confident in leading and managing site teams Ability to adapt and work to deadlines Full, clean driving licence For more information on the role please feel free to contact Talent-Curve Recruitment.
