OverviewThe Asset D365 Technical Analyst is responsible for the support, enhancement and technical operation of Uisce Éireann’s asset-related applications built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance and continuous improvement of systems supporting asset management and operational processes.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Asset D365 Technical Lead, the role works closely with IT Applications, Build & Delivery teams, Service Management and business stakeholders to support live systems, deliver enhancements, manage incidents and contribute to the technical delivery of asset-related IT projects.The position plays a key role in ensuring systems are configured and governed in line with best practice, security standards and organisational requirements.
