We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold LCOI, PDC or similar compliance-related qualifications and have experience in designing and delivering training. A qualification or practical experience in legal studies, regulatory law, or related fields is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a small team in the development and customisation of multiple concurrent eLearning compliance courses, ensuring projects are designed, updated and tested effectively and delivered on time and within budget.
2. Oversight of the schedule and delivery of annual compliance training, liaising with customers on release timings and providing the necessary customer presentations and support.
3. Oversight of course content and legislation updates of CityLearning’s eLearning compliance suite and communication/presentations to customers.
4. Lead the delivery of technical projects to build and enhance our core and customer learning platforms.
5. Communicate with clients to determine and document project requirements.
6. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between team members including contractors and clients.
7. Provide regular updates on project status and promptly address any concerns or queries.
8. Support the sales and marketing team in identifying sales opportunities while maintaining a close relationship with customers.
Experience:
1. 3-4+ years’ experience within the compliance eLearning environment, ideally within the financial services sector.
2. Demonstrated experience in project management within eLearning projects.
3. LCOI, PDC or similar compliance related qualification.
4. A qualification in law (e.g., LLB or similar) or equivalent legal experience is an advantage.
5. Exposure to compliance eLearning platforms and technologies.
6. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
