We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily site operations and manage project progress on a c.450 unit apartment development in Cork City.

1. Main Responsibilities:
2. Management of all works relating to internals from 2nd fix, including snag lists, finishing, handover works and sub-contractor management
3. Oversee daily site operations and monitor project progress
4. Manage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and trades
