Our clients love us- we are the highest rated skincare clinic in HCM on both Google and Facebook, and many of our clients visit us more than 40 times.The Business Alliance & Relationship Manager position at Grace Skincare Clinic is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business relationships, broadening and deepening existing ones, increasing brand awareness, and implementing client acquisition strategies. The ultimate goal is to increase the acquisition of individual new clients. Business Alliance & Relationship Manager also acts as a “Brand Ambassador” for Grace Skincare Clinic.Job descriptionFull-time working at Grace Skincare Clinic.Key elements of the position:a) Business Planning: Write and execute an action-based, results-oriented business plan; identify industries, companies, and referral sources (schools, networking groups, business associations, etc).b) Introduce Grace Skincare Clinic and our services to entities who can refer to their staff, members, or their clients;c) Relationship Management: explore ways for continual cooperation and collaboration for a long-term relationship through ongoing communication and deep understanding of their needs;d) Internal Coordination interacts with Grace Skincare Clinic’s Marketing team to help develop events, skincare programs, packages/ treatment plans, workshops, promotions, and client engagement;e) Continual Growth: professional and personal development. Continual learning about the skincare, health, and wellness industry; grow soft and hard skills, including presentation skills; and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand our capabilities and services.Job requirement:Ø Attractive looking, along with a confident and positive attitude, responsible, flexible in nature;Ø Interest in sales and client relationships;Ø Candidates should have prior sales or account management experience (preferably B2B);Ø Candidates with experience in Beauty, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Finance industries have a preference;Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with negotiating skills;Ø English language skills required;Ø Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle and woman’s empowerment ;Ø Enjoy a more open, “international standards” environment, where flexibility in a fast-changing industry, creativity, and the ability to grow and connect with others are powerful tools in determining your success.Ø Ability to work independently, and to be a self-starterBenefitsBase Salary + unlimited bonus based on client acquisition and sales revenue generation.13th-month salaryInternational working environment, dynamic, opportunities for self-development, working with the best and brightestOffice at the center of Ben Thanh Ward (Dist 1)Labor’s rights are guaranteed under Vietnamese lawAccident and health insuranceOther benefits
