Overview
We’re seeking a Qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with at least 2 years PQE to join a growing Dublin-based firm. This hybrid role (3 days office / 2 remote) offers a salary of €70k+, performance bonus, and strong career progression. You’ll manage tax compliance across Corporation Tax, VAT, Income Tax, CGT, and PAYE, provide strategic tax advice, and help shape the future direction of the tax function.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the tax operations within CFO Services’ business to include
* Preparation of computations and filing of returns under various tax headings including: Corporation Tax, VAT, Income Tax, CGT, PAYE
* Ensuring all ancillary compliance reporting requirements relating to the above are completed on time
* Developing Strategic Tax advice as required and advising on appropriate tax structuring for client business needs
* Identifying opportunities for broadening tax services provided to existing clients
* Enhancing and developing the wider CFO Services Tax offering to ensure it grows in line with the Company strategic objectives
Requirements
* Qualified CTA (Irish Tax Institute) with at least 2 years PQE
* Strong knowledge of Irish tax compliance and regulation
* Excellent communicator with a client-focused approach
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
* Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) an advantage
* Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 remote
