This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy across the portfolio, supporting asset sale and purchase decisions, and working closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams. A fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take thenext step into an AVProle with meaningful responsibility and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all pricing activities within the Portfolio Services function.Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with company growth, profitability, and performance targets.Partner closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams to ensure consistent, value-driven decision-making.Monitor market and portfolio pricing trends, adjusting strategies as required.Prepare and present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and the Board.Oversee pricing models, tools, and systems, ensuring accuracy and governance.Ensure all pricing decisions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Support asset sale and purchase decisions to optimise portfolio outcomes.Core CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.10+ years' experience in pricing, finance, or a related analytical role, including 5+ years in aircraft leasing .Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capability.Advanced Excel skills and experience with pricing or analytical tools.Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you're open to exploring new opportunities, please contactChristine Jones, specialist in aircraft leasing recruitment.Email:Number: aircraftleasing #pricing #dublin #newopportunities
