Facilities Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day facilities operations across multiple office locations, ensuring smooth delivery of soft services and supporting project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing and optimizing facilities management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Liaising with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the highest standards across all facilities operations.
* Managing multi-site facilities contracts, overseeing soft services, supporting hard services, and contributing to projects and climate action initiatives.
* Cultivating strong client-focused relationships with key stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business or a relevant sector-related discipline (NQF recognised), along with experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
