Dynamic Store Leader

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
* Target-driven approach to key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
* Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
* E nsure adequate stock levels are always maintained
* Consistently deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Completed leaving certificate or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Full driving license
* Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
