We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in Dublin.
The Role
* This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work with high-profile global investors and corporate occupiers, delivering professional building surveying services across the commercial sector.
* You will have a broad commercial building surveying remit with market-leading clients and be responsible for managing a strong pipeline of work with autonomy and responsibility.
The Person We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification;
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial buildings and contracts;
In addition, you should have experience working as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with minimum 2 years PQE. You must also be commercially astute and confident engaging with clients while contributing to business development.
