Vice President roles are essential to the success of our Fund Administration department. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of our client relationships and administrative processes.
This role involves maintaining strong working relationships with clients, coordinating workload allocation among team members, and guaranteeing adherence to internal and external control procedures in fund accounting for Private Equity funds. You should possess relevant experience in auditing or administering PE funds and have an extensive knowledge of the fund industry.

Critical Responsibilities:
* Detailed review and calculation of periodic net asset values (NAV) for various funds including capital/income distribution workings, waterfall calculations, requests from investment managers, investors on account operations.
* Dealing with fee structures calculation at each NAV i.e carry & mgmt fees
