Clinical Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to take on a clinical leadership role at our hospital in North Dublin. As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will be responsible for providing professional/clinical leadership and management that promotes efficiency, innovation, teamwork, and continuous quality improvements.
* Roster staff effectively to achieve an optimal skill mix, allocating staff efficiently according to analysis of clinical needs and available resources, and ensuring all slots are utilised and staffed appropriately.
* Empower your team members through effective communication, regular feedback, and support in their learning and development.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and implemented daily within the unit, promote collaboration among the multidisciplinary team, and carry out instructions from consultants to deliver safe care to patients.
