As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong health and safety culture across the organization. This includes modeling our values and behaviors, leading and developing a strong health and safety team, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
* Attend senior leadership meetings to provide expert advice and support.
* Advise and support during significant health and safety incidents, including investigation and reporting.
* Lead interactions with external agencies during major incidents.
* Use feedback and management data to improve policies, systems, and processes.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* A degree or diploma in occupational health and safety.
* Chartered or Certified Membership of IOSH.
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET/PTLLS).
* Successful management experience on a construction site or FM facility.
