Regional Program Coordinator - Global Learning Manufacturing Division
We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Pharmaceutical organization based in Dublin. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.
Duties
* Collaborate with key manufacturing site and function stakeholders to manage, coordinate, and execute the program’s audience.
* Lead, develop, and execute project management tasks and schedule meetings, with the necessary agenda, input, and outputs.
* Gather metrics to evaluate program and learner impact.
* Ensure completion of required components of a learning solution across learner audiences in sequence, where applicable.
* Communicate with first-line managers of participants regarding their responsibilities for sponsorship, pull-through, and post-event certifications, as needed.
Education & Experience
* 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in Learning & Development, Project Management, and Program Coordination.
* Manufacturing acumen preferred.
