The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Change Manager
to support the successful delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives. This role will play a key part in helping organisations navigate change, embed new ways of working, and ensure business outcomes are realised.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, programme teams, and delivery partners to design and implement effective change strategies across people, process, and technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Change Manager, you will:
* Lead
end-to-end change management
activities across transformation programmes.
* Develop and execute
change strategies and plans
, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness.
* Conduct
change impact and readiness assessments
and translate findings into practical actions.
* Identify and manage stakeholder groups, including senior leaders and impacted teams.
* Design and deliver
communications and engagement plans
to support adoption and minimise resistance.
* Support leaders and managers in driving change and reinforcing new behaviours.
* Work closely with the project, technology, and HR teams to ensure integrated delivery.
* Track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of change interventions.
* Contribute to programme governance, reporting, and risk management.

Experience & Background
You will typically have:
* 5+ years' experience
in change management, transformation, or organisational development.
* Experience applying
structured change methodologies
(e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
* Experience supporting
technology-enabled change
(e.g. ERP, digital, HR or operating model change).
* Exposure to project or programme delivery environments.
* Consulting or advisory experience is desirable but not essential.
