CPL Healthcare is recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of a reputable and well-established childrens service provider expanding from the Midlands into County Tipperary (Two Mile Borris).
As part of this expansion, new childrens residential services are opening, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Care Worker/Leader ready to step into management.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and looking to progress their career into a management position within childrens residential services.
The Role As Deputy Social Care Manager, you will support the Social Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential service, while gaining valuable leadership and management experience in a supportive environment.
