Office Administrator Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Cork. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while managing day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, schedule appointments and coordinate viewings. They will also manage the listing to sale process, ensure accuracy in marketing materials and property descriptions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service; schedule appointments and coordinate viewings.
* Property Operations: Manage listing to sale process; maintain accurate records.
* Team Leadership: Direct and develop support staff; work closely with sales and admin teams.
* Systems & Reporting: Implement process improvements; provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in office management, preferably in a sales/property environment.
* Strong Microsoft Word and property software skills; excellent writing and communication abilities.
* Proven ability to manage people and coordinate teams effectively.
* Highly organized, great with people, problem solver, calm under pressure.
* Certification or degree in business administration desirable; project management experience advantageous.
