Sustainability Senior Manager – Climate & Carbon Strategy – Dublin (Hybrid). Salary: €80k - €90k DOE plus bonus and benefits. The successful candidate will shape and deliver carbon and climate risk solutions to a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects focused on climate risk, net zero planning, and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with senior clients and stakeholders to translate technical analysis into actionable strategies
* Guide clients through GHG accounting, climate disclosure frameworks, and carbon market initiatives
* Contribute to proposal writing, tendering, and identifying new business opportunities
* Work cross-functionally with other service lines to develop integrated client offerings
* Coach and mentor junior staff, supporting capability development and performance reviews
* Support clients in embedding sustainability into investment decisions and long-term planning
* Help shape the growth of the sustainability practice and its market presence
Qualifications and experience
* Direct experience advising clients on climate risk, carbon reduction planning, and regulatory alignment
* Strong background in GHG accounting (Scopes 1–3), climate disclosures (e.g. TCFD, ISSB), and carbon market mechanisms
* Proven ability to develop practical, strategic sustainability solutions across sectors
* Demonstrated leadership and commercial acumen with experience building high-performing teams
Role and Reporting
Reports to the Head of Sustainability in the Advisory division. Key duties include leading project delivery, shaping strategic initiatives, and mentoring the team.
