This role combines teaching responsibilities with mentoring, curriculum development, and other leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teaching Excellence: Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of various levels and nationalities, utilizing a range of teaching methodologies and resources.
* Curriculum Development & Review: Contribute to the development, review, and updating of the college's English language curricula, ensuring alignment with student needs, industry best practices, and accreditation standards.
* Mentoring & Support: Mentor and support less experienced teachers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
* Lesson Observation & Feedback: Conduct classroom observations of other teachers and provide constructive feedback to enhance their teaching skills.
* Materials Development: Develop and share teaching materials, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments, to support effective instruction.
* Assessment & Evaluation: Administer and mark student assessments, providing feedback to students on their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
* Student Support: Provide academic support to students, including tutorials, workshops, and individual consultations.
* Professional Development: Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in English language teaching and participate in professional development activities.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks related to the academic department, such as record-keeping, data entry, and report preparation.
* Covering Classes: Be prepared to cover classes as needed in the absence of a teacher.
