About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative
Product Marketing Manager
to lead go-to-market initiatives, define product positioning, and drive customer engagement for our products in the Swiss and global markets.

You will act as the bridge between
Product
,
Sales
, and
Marketing
teams — translating technical features into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.

The ideal candidate has strong market insight, storytelling ability, and experience managing successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute
go-to-market (GTM)
strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
* Define and communicate clear
product positioning, messaging, and differentiation
.
* Conduct
market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis
to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with Product Management to align marketing initiatives with the product roadmap.
* Support the Sales team with
sales enablement materials
, presentations, and training.
* Create and manage
product marketing content
, including brochures, case studies, and web materials.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance and product adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Partner with digital marketing to optimize product visibility across channels.
* Collect and share
customer insights
to guide future product and marketing strategies.
* Represent the voice of the customer and ensure consistent brand messaging across touchpoints.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* 4–7 years of experience in
product marketing
, preferably in a
tech, SaaS, or B2B environment
.
* Strong understanding of
market segmentation, GTM strategies, and value proposition design
.
* Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in
CRM, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
, and data analytics platforms.
* Strong project management, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
* Fluent in
English
;
German and/or French
is an advantage.
