Main responsibilities of the role include:
* Assisting the head chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness
* 4 years experienced minimum
* Responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in his section
* Cooking with Best Irish Ingredients
The ideal candidate will be:
* HACCP trained
* Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
* Passionate about creating great food
* Meticulous about attention to detail and in relation to food service (quality, portion size, presentation and consistency)
* Be highly motivated and flexible
* Proactive in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene
