Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Set tables as needed prior or on guest arrival
* Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
* Ensure hotel restaurant/bar is kept clean and tidy making for a safe working environment.
* To actively up‑sell and promote products in the restaurant in accordance with monthly target.
* Report maintenance issues arising in all departments to F&B Manager or Duty Manager.
* Complete relevant daily/weekly checklists as requested by F&B Manager and/or Restaurant Supervisor.
* To be flexible in your role and the hours you work.
