This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for projects from concept through to site delivery.You will lead design development and presentations, produce detailed tender and construction documentation, and work directly with clients to interpret briefs and present design solutions.Working closely with in-house delivery, fabrication and project management teams, you will oversee design quality throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations and maintaining high standards of execution. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of internal design processes and best practice.Required Background:· Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline· 5+ years' experience delivering commercial interior projects in Ireland· Proven experience managing projects from concept through to completion· Strong knowledge of Irish commercial building standards and regulations· Experience producing tender packages, technical drawings and design schedules· Confident, client-facing professional with strong presentation skills· High attention to detail and commitment to design quality· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects· Full Irish driving licenceThe Package:Excellent salary on offer, as well as 21 days' annual leave, Pension, & other benefits for the successful applicant
