Technical Support Engineer - Italian speaking

Join Salesforce as a Technical Support Engineer focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, based in Dublin, Ireland. You will be a pillar of our Cloud Success Group, troubleshooting complex software issues and guiding clients toward success.


What You’ll Do

* Lead the investigation and resolution of complex support issues related to SFMC functionalities, integrations, APIs, and overall platform performance.
* Utilize web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) to read and analyze customer code, pinpointing root causes of problems.
* Communicate clear, professional, and timely solutions, offering best‑practice guidance to help customers optimize platform use.
* Manage the full issue lifecycle from initial contact through resolution, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and solution guides.


Required Technical & Support Skills

* Technical Troubleshooting Experience: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within an enterprise software, SaaS, or integrated system environment.
* Core Technical Acumen: Read and understand code and technical structures, including intermediate‑level SQL, JavaScript or similar, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, articulating complex findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Customer Focus: Strong commitment to problem resolution and service excellence in a customer‑facing role.


Mandatory Language Requirement

* Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and English.


Desired Skills (A Plus, But Not Required)

* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms.
* Familiarity with AMPScript or Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS).
* Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer).
