Internship Opportunity

We are seeking high potential students to join our 12-month Intern Programme. This programme is designed to provide you with a collaborative and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas.

You will be part of a structured learning and development programme, which includes job-related trainings, professional development and soft skills trainings. You will also receive dedicated support from a buddy who can offer you their experience and guidance throughout your internship.

The programme is open to students who are enrolled in full-time education at undergraduate level in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields. We are looking for individuals with strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy, and a drive for success and motivation.

The programme dates are from 1st September to 31st August the following year. You must be available to participate in the programme in person, starting from day one and for its full duration.


Programme Structure

The programme is divided into four departments: Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency solution and Alternative Investment Solutions team. Each department offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and build your skills in different areas of asset servicing.

In Fund Accounting, you will be responsible for providing essential financial tools to asset owners and managers. In Custody, you will be involved in the receipt, delivery, settlement and safekeeping of securities and cash for clients. In Transfer Agency solution, you will play a key role in providing service to some of the world's largest and sophisticated asset managers. In Alternative Investment Solutions team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reconciliations integral to the completion of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of a fund.
