SilverBack is Hiring: MEP or Civil Quantity Surveyor

SilverBack is looking for an experienced
MEP or Civil Quantity Surveyor
to join a leading partner company on large-scale
data center
construction projects based in Gavle, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

* Commercial management and cost control of MEP or Civil construction projects
* Preparation of bids, budgets, and cost reports
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
* Monitoring project costs, supplier invoices, and subcontractor payments
* Risk and claims management, including evaluation of contractual issues
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Requirements

* Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or relevant commercial training
* Experience in MEP or Electrical construction and quantity surveying
* Knowledge of electrical
* Familiarity with billing/calculation software
* Fluent in English
* EU Citizenship or Swedish residency Permit
* Willingness to travel to project sites.
