Known for their high-quality product range and longstanding relationships with contractors and key industry players, they are now seeking aCommercial Directorto take full ownership of their commercial function.This is a senior leadership role and a key hire for the business as they look toscale operations, increase market share, and drive revenueover the coming years.The Role:AsCommercial Director, you will lead thesales and commercial strategyfor the business, managing a team of4 field-based salespeople and 2 internal sales staff. You will be responsible forsetting pricing,sales forecasting,reporting, and overseeing all commercial operations, includingquotes, tenders, and large-scale project support.This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you will work closely with the senior management team to define and execute growth strategy, improve performance across the sales function, anddrive profitability and pipeline conversion.
