Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to take on a key role in the commercial performance of our business.
The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for managing the commercial side of our operations, overseeing all tendering and post-contract duties. They will work closely with senior management and be involved in strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working as a quantity surveyor or estimator, preferably within a main contracting environment. A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential, along with minimum 10 years' experience within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all tendering activities, ensuring that we secure profitable contracts
* Lead on pre-and-post contract services including valuation, payment analysis and final account settlement
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and contractors
