Accounts/Finance Administrator Wexford Swimming Pool and Leisure Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Accounts/Finance Administrator to manage the day-to-day finance function. This is a standalone position, where you will work independently, reporting directly to management. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing accounts payable and receivable (creditors, debtors, invoicing, payments). Preparing and submitting ROS returns (VAT, PAYE, etc.). Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records. Preparing Weekly and monthly summaries and assisting management with reporting. Weekly payroll Maintaining an organised filing system for all finance records. Monitor and analyse accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Involvement in implementation of new financial and operational systems. Provide Business Analysis to improve processes, productivity and performance, and support effective decision making. Prepare monthly management accounts including Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow. Prepare weekly financial reports including forecasting of profits, cash and payroll. Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets. Promote credible awareness of all company Policies and Procedures and Health and Safety Practices. Support budgeting and financial planning in collaboration with the Manager About You Minimum 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator. Strong knowledge of, reconciliations, and ROS. Extremely organised and detail-oriented, with excellent filing and record-keeping skills. Able to work independently and report directly to management. Accounting software experience Payroll software experience Possess excellent IT skills and experience The ability to manage and develop in a state of self-sufficiency. Possess excellent organisational, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
